Our Process

Step 1
Contact us to arrange for a virtual or in home visit, so one of our friendly team can advise you on what double glazed products we offer and discuss your needs. We do not hard sell, we want you to feel comfortable in your decisions before making any investment in your home.
Step 2
On initial consultation we will help find the ideal styles and colours from our Advanced Double Glazing range that is right for your home. We will then be able to provide you with a free quotation and a summary of all works involved. We welcome all questions you may have.
Step 3
If you would like to proceed we will arrange for one of our surveyors to carry out a final technical measure.
Step 4
Products will be manufactured in our Melbourne based factory.
Step 5
Installation of your double glazed products will be carried out on a agreed date and timeline.
